I think that the English lesson was great. However, sometime my teacher spend too much time scolding those who did not complete their assignment. I think that these cut short our learning time and I do not like that to happen.
I was having fun during lesson and the lesson was interesting unlike other lesson which we only listen to our teacher speaking. The thing I like most that we use for our lesson is the Boom writer. I like it the most because it is easy to be use and we can earn point to dress up our character.
The things that I like to know in term 2 are my teacher spend more time teaching us on grammar as I am weak in my grammar. I would like to know more about preposition , adverb and tenses.
Overall , I had a great time during my English lesson and I am looking forward to have another great time during term 2 English lesson.

Holiday Homework (15/3/2012)
I had spend 50 minute to read page 113 to page 168. I had finish reading the whole book. I love this book very much. I like this book because I like to read about fantasy story and this book suit my interest.
This book had a sad ending which I did not expect it at all. However, I still enjoy reading this book. I also like the author writing style.
I feel that the book had a good storyline. I had read about how happy the children was when they spend their days with Mary Poppins. I had also read about how sad the children was when Mary Poppins.
My reading experience for the book is 10 out of 10. This book gives me a lot of surprise. I think I will read other books which is written by P.L.Travers, the author of Mary Poppins.

Holiday Homework (14/3/2012)
I had spend 30 minute to read from page 89 to page 124 . I think that the story had reach it climax and I hope that the story had a perfect ending.
In all the chapter I had read , I like this three chapter the most. Its some how reflect part of my life, thus I like it the most. I think that Mary Poppins had a positive mindset and she manage to change the children mindset.
I think that this is amazing act because changing someone mindset is not easily to be done. For this three chapter , my reading experience is 8 out of 10.
I really love this book. I am wondering why after reading each chapter , I will have question in my mind.

I had spend 20 minute reading page 71 to page 88. I think that the story is going to reach its climax and the plot of the story is well written.
I like the story the most when I finish reading this part of the story. This chapter does not have too many difficult words and it is easy to understand.
For this chapter of the book , my reading experience is 6 out of 10. However , there are still some part of the chapter , I do not understand.

Holiday Homework (12/3/2012)
I spend 20 minute to read 26 pages. I had read chapter 4 and 5. I think that the story is getting more and more interesting.
In Chapter 4, I had read about how the Bank family neighbour take care of their dog , Andrew. Mary Poppins understand what Andrew means when its bark. From this chapter , I had learn that dogs have feelings. They can also make friends with other dogs. I think that Mary Poppins is hiding something from the Banks family.The reading experience is 7.5 out of 10. It is interesting because not everyone had the abilities to understand what the dogs had said.
In Chapter 5, I had read about a red cow ,which can talk and how its life changes when she get older. She had a spell on her and she was dancing all day round without resting.From this chapter, I had learn that when people get old mean that the person is useless or worthless. I think that everyone will get old one day so people should not think that when they get old. They are useless. The reading experience is 8 out of 10. I spend 20 minute reading 24 pages of the book. I had read 2 chapter of the book. I think that the two chapters give me two totally different feelings.
In Chapter 2 , a new character , Match Man , is introduced. The whole chapter was talking about how Mary Poppins get to know Match Man and their date. I think that this chapter is very boring as it only tells me what Mary Poppins and the Match Man do during their date. Thus , for this chapter my reading experience is 3 out of 10.
In chapter 3 , it is about Mary Poppins , Jane and Michael visiting Mr Wigg, which is Mary Poppins's Uncle. Mr Wigg can float in the air when he laughs. It happened because there is laughing gas in his house. Jane and Michael get to float . Mary Poppins is unhappy with Mr Wigg as he nearly tells Jane and Michael her secret.
I think that Mary Poppins is a calm person because when Mr Wigg makes her angry , she control her anger. Thus , this gives me a brand new impression about Mary Poppins. My reading experience for chapter 3 is 7 out of 10.

A wolf cheated Red Riding Hood
Red Riding Hood who was the smartest kid in Land of Fairy Tales , was been cheated by a wolf.
It happened on 20th February 2012 in the morning , around 10 am. She was on her way to visit her grandmother who was the queen of Land of Fairy Tales. Red Riding Hood was holding on to a basket of cookies which are mean for her grandmother.
The wolf noticed it and took all the cookies. When she reached her grandmother house , she found out her cookies was all gone. she asked the wolf if he saw who take the cookies , he said the ghost took it . However , Red Riding Hood believe him.
One of Red Riding Hood's neighbour said , " It is normal that kids believe the wolf , he is a good lier . So, I am not surprise that Red Riding Hood will believe him."
" We must not believe the wolf , they only know how to take people things. No, they still know one more things , they also know how to lie to people too." Red Riding Hood's grandmother commented

"God Of Wealth" found in Bugis
During Chinese New Year period , a man in a God of Wealth costume walking around Bugis area suspiciously.
The man was giving his Chinese New Year greeting to the passers-by. His act caught the policemen attention. Three policemen stopped him and they also questioned him.
One of the passers-by said ,"The "God of Wealth" was very suspicious , my friends and I think that he is crazy."
The other passer-by had a different thought.
"I think that he is just doing his work. Some shopping mall or shops will hire people to be 'God of Wealth' during Chinese New Year period ," another passer-by commented.
It is fine to be "God of Wealth" in a public places , but you need to think twice. It may let other have misunderstanding about you.

Humpty Dumpty pass away in an accident
On 14 February , Humpty Dumpty died in an accident in Land of Fairy Tales.
In the evening , Humpty Dumpty was sitting on the wall ,which is along the river ,waiting for sunset. It was his hobby to wait for sunset. Suddenly, he lost his balance and fell from the wall. He died immediately Everything just happened in a few minutes.
Some people saw what happened and tried to help Humpty Dumpty. However , it did not have any help at all.
One of the king's men said ," Everything happen to quickly . I did not have enough time to react. It was sad to see Humpty Dumpty die."
Another king's men said," It was terrifying to see Humpty Dumpty falls from the wall. Everyone told him not to sit on the wall , but he refuse to listen to us."

Reflection ;)
I think that the story was well written. The idea that your enemy save you from the bullies is a very good idea because the writer can show the feeling of the victims and at the same time the writer can describe the feeling when the person was been safe by his or her enemy
I also feel that for the story can have different endings because the ending can give people a totally different view of the story. Endings must not be good , it can also be bad.

Love Story
From the video that I had watch today , I had learnt that we should think before we say anything out. I also learnt that we should not regret when we made any decisions

What makes a Good English Teacher ?
I think that a good English teacher is a teacher who know his or her students weakness in English . Reflective Essays About Holiday
Holiday is a period of recreation and also a time for us to rest . I like holiday very much because it is a time that we can go for a vacation and do things that we like to do . To me , holidays is also a time for me to catch up with my friends . However , some people dislike holiday because they think that holiday is boring . They also think that holiday is torturing them because there will be lots of homework for them to do .
During the two month school holiday , I enjoy myself very much . During the first week of holiday , I finished all my holiday homeworks . Than , I went to Australia for a holidays with my family .The season over there is Summer and I visited the Universal Studio and some famous restaurant in Australia. We also visited my aunt who lived in Australia . When we were back to Singapore , my grandmother organised a gathering which all my relatives attended and we had a Barbeque party at my grandmother house . This is how I spent my November holidays .
During my December holidays , I went to Singapore Flyer with my family and i saw some of my friends there . My mother brought a oven and I baked pies, cookies , cakes and biscuits every weekend . I also spend time to study my old notes to recall what my teacher taught during last year's lessons . I enjoys my holidays very much !
I am looking forward for my March Holidays.

Summary For The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr Morris Lessmore
Mr Morris Lessmore stays in a hotel and he love writing . However , a tornado struck the town that he lived in . Buildings were been blow away by the tornado . Everything turns black and white for him however he managed to find some colours back. He was walking alone , along the street and he saw a lady flying in the sky . Just then , a book drops on the fence near him and started showing him pictures . The book lead him to a library . However , all the book in the library have legs and they can walk . He started to live in the library and take care of the books. He also lent the book to other people and brought colours back to their lives . He spent his whole life in the library and completed writing his own
